Start is €99 a month and Growth is €249 a month. Both plans include cited drafts from your approved sources, GAP flags when evidence is missing, human review, and export into the buyer's original Excel file. They differ in how many questionnaires and AI calls you get each month.

What counts as an AI call
One AI call is one request Qlara sends to Mistral AI. A drafted question typically uses 2 calls. When a draft needs more work, one question can use up to 5. A question with no matching source is flagged as GAP without an AI call.

A second request checks that the draft is supported by the sources it cites before it reaches your review queue.

Retry or repair, if needed
If a draft drops a requested detail or fails the check, Qlara can retry once, repair it once, and check the repair again.
As a rough guide: at 2 calls per question, Start covers about 125 drafted questions a month and Growth about 1,000. Your actual usage depends on your questions and sources, and is shown in Billing.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
- Card required. There is no free trial.
- The first month is billed when checkout completes.
- The plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable from Billing in the workspace, before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period unless the portal states otherwise.
- A period that has already started is not refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Prices are in euro and exclude VAT unless checkout shows otherwise. VAT, if charged, is handled by Stripe at checkout (Terms, section 7).
The binding terms are the Swedish Terms of Service (section 7). An unofficial English translation is available.
Pricing questions
What counts as an AI call?
One AI call is one request Qlara sends to Mistral AI. A drafted question typically uses 2: one to write the cited draft and one to check it against the cited sources. If the draft has to be retried or repaired and checked again, a single question can use up to 5. A question with no matching source in your knowledge base is flagged as GAP without an AI call.
How many questions do the AI calls cover?
It depends on how many drafts need a retry or repair. At 2 calls per question, Start's 250 calls cover about 125 drafted questions a month and Growth's 2,000 cover about 1,000. If every question needed the maximum of 5, that would be 50 and 400. Usage for the current period is shown in Billing.
What happens when the AI calls run out?
The cited engine stops drafting new answers and asks you to upgrade. The count resets at the start of the next monthly period. Running drafts again on rows that are not yet approved uses new calls.
What counts as a questionnaire on Start?
Each questionnaire you create in the workspace, by importing a buyer file, pasting questions, or starting from a question pack, counts once toward Start's limit of 2 per monthly period. Growth has no questionnaire limit.
Is there a free trial?
No. A card is required and the first month is billed when checkout completes. If you want to ask questions before paying, email support first.
